Just a week after the Sutherland regional boys and girls were keen to get on the home track for more riding, racing and friendly rivalry. 5 x Nippers practiced their skills 4 x 50cc riders competed in all events as heat finals 8 x 65cc kids battled out each event sharing placings each time, keeping everyone in suspense to the final day’s outcome 7 x Mini-wheel participants balanced their way through all events 7 x 85 competitors raced until their hearts were content putting in 100% all day 7 x JBW young men and 1 young lady strived to do their best both on and off the track. Today’s events included: footed clover, bending, orange, ring return, slow, looping and mini-cross. As the weather is increasing, so is the number of sand flies so the insect spray was put to good use! The track was in good condition after a bit of rain with some parts of the track being widened to cater for the larger number of bikes on the start grid.
